1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, ordering a service, or browsing DevHost ("devhost.com"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our platform or provision any server nodes.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
DevHost services are provided for game server hosting, web application deployment, and general computing tasks. You explicitly agree not to use our hardware for:
- Initiating or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or network scanning.
- Hosting malware, cryptocurrency miners, phishing kits, or illegal material.
- Abusing CPU or memory beyond package limits to degrade shared hypervisor stability.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or hosting open mail relays.
3. Service Provisioning & Pterodactyl Integration
Upon verified order payment, servers are automatically provisioned and managed through our integrated Pterodactyl Game Panel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and regular offsite backups.
4. Billing, Auto-Pay & Cancellation
Services are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen cycle. Auto-Pay may be toggled individually per server instance from your Client Portal. Cancellations are subject to our 7-day money-back guarantee policy.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
DevHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services found in violation of our AUP without prior notice. Deliberate malicious activity results in immediate node destruction and IP ban.
